Adult Personal Training

The 1 on 1 personal training is for someone who prefers to workout out by themselves with one of our professional coaches. This is ideal for someone who has a variable schedule. With Personal Training you can schedule your workouts around your schedule.

The personal training option also comes with the same benefits as the semi-private group training where you will be able to go through the Functional Movement Screen to identify any imbalances and weaknesses that need to be corrected. From here a personalized and structured program will be developed based on the FMS results and personal goals.

Two-Day and Three-Day packages are available as well. Clients are also eligible for a discount for the MYZONE MZ-3 Belt. Please Contact me for more information.

Adult Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private training is group based session. Here you can workout with your friends and family to help push each other towards each other’s goals. Before beginning the program, each individual will go through the Functional Movement Screen to identify any imbalances and weaknesses that need to be corrected.

From here each person will receive a personalized and structured program based on the FMS results and personal goals.

Functional Interval Training Class

Our Functional Interval Training (F.I.T) Class incorporates different implements that target different areas around the body. We focus on moving correctly and efficiently through proper progression and regression of strength, core and cardio exercises. Our goal is to help you live healthy and pain free by improving strength, mobility and range of motion, balance, coordination, all of which are vital for health.

Our class allows you to train in a fun, friendly and non-competitive environment. The workouts are never the same and are up-tempo to keep it challenging for you.

F.I.T Class occurs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am.  You can pay by the session or 10 session package. We hope to see you join us!
